π Important Statement
BitForex has never engaged in any fraudulent or βrug pullβ activities.
Any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about BitForex will be pursued through legal channels.
On February 27, 2024, several BitForex team members were detained by Chinese authorities for investigation, resulting in a temporary service interruption.
Since July 24, 2024, after regaining system access, the BitForex team has resumed withdrawal processing and over 50% of usersβ assets have been successfully withdrawn.
All users are required to complete KYC verification and withdraw their assets before December 25, 2025.
Accounts that fail to withdraw by this date will be subject to a management fee.
π° Management Fee Policy
- A 5% monthly fee will be applied to remaining account balances (minimum USD 10).
- If the balance is less than USD 10, a flat USD 10 will still apply.
- Account snapshots and deductions will occur on the 25th of each month.
- The policy will take effect one month after this announcement.
- Users who have completed KYC and applied for withdrawal before December 25, 2025 but whose withdrawals remain pending will not be charged the fee.

To ensure full compliance and asset safety, BitForex will implement the following operational changes:
- Trading functions suspended β all buy/sell operations are disabled.
- New user registration closed β no new accounts will be accepted.
- Deposits suspended β users cannot deposit additional funds.
- All platform products paused β full operational restructuring underway.
- Withdrawals open β only to verified personal or third-party wallets.
- Mandatory KYC β required for all withdrawal requests.
